Data licences and attribution

A report is only worth what its sources are worth. This register lists every source PropAgent draws on, the licence it sits under, and what that licence lets us publish. It is generated from the same records the product checks before it retrieves anything, so it cannot drift from what actually happens.

Where we are today

Sale prices and rents are the two figures that decide whether a project makes money, so we refuse to invent them. Until a market data licence is signed, those figures come from published benchmarks and every report says so on its face. Terms of use status: Draft — with Ontario counsel since 5 September 2026.
