Apply for a data agreement
The registry, the assessment roll, the sold prices and the cost books are contract-only services. PropAgent applies for each one in its own name and pays the provider directly — nobody is ever asked to hand over a provider login or an API key. This form starts that commercial process and records where it has got to.
The terms every PropAgent agreement carries
- Who holds the licence
- PropAgent holds the agreement in its own name and pays the provider directly. Readers of a PropAgent report are never asked for a provider login, an API key or a subscription of their own.
- What may be shown
- Only the figures the licence permits inside a client-facing report, with the attribution wording the provider requires printed next to them. Bulk export and redistribution are not sought and are not offered.
- Where the data lives
- Licensed readings are stored in Canada, kept only as long as the licence allows, and deleted when the agreement ends. Credentials are held in the server secret store and are never written into the application or shown in a browser.
- What happens before it is signed
- Nothing. Until the provider countersigns and issues credentials, the feed reads as not connected and every affected figure in the product says so, rather than quietly falling back to a survey average without saying which.
- Audit
- Every call to a licensed feed is logged with the time, the account and the figure returned, so usage can be reconciled against the provider's own records on request.
